Meet Elizabeth

Growing up outside of New Orleans, Elizabeth Menville’s relationship with art and design began at a young age when she began collecting Vogue and Architectural Digest magazines and begging her Mom to “redesign” different rooms in the house and redecorate.

Over the last three years, Elizabeth worked for a large retail company offering design services and quickly became the most requested associate, moving up to management. Her experience managing various residential and commercial projects allowed her to connect with clients and bring their visions to life.

She broadened her understanding of the design process through receiving a degree in Architectural Design & Construction from Delgado Community College in New Orleans. Merging her background in management, fashion/merchandising, and interiors; Elizabeth Menville Design was born. EMD offers design and project management services for residential and commercial projects at various scopes.

Believing that design is both psychological and visual, she emphasizes balance, function, and form throughout each space. Her use of rich textures, classic antiques, striking art and carefully curated objects translates to an eclectic and inviting interior that reflects the personality of those who live there.

Elizabeth encourages clients to step outside of their comfort zone and participate in a unique and collaborative design process. She approaches each project with an open mind and handles challenges head-on, providing a seamless experience from concept to installation.
